A civil lawsuit was filed against CRI, Mike Girgus, the Director of Education and Alen Janisch, the owner. This lawsuit is pending in the Superior Court of King County and is set for trial in January 2008.
Michael Girgus has entered into a confidential settlement with the 13 plaintiffs. Alen Janisch has declared personal bankruptcy thus staying this action against him.
